Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide investment decisions in breakthrough technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on the future of human-machine collaboration
- Oversee ethical frameworks for deploying advanced technologies at scale
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society) preferred
