Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across technology, climate, and social sectors

- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio supporting early-stage ventures
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and UN Global Innovation Summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using proprietary trend-analysis AI
- Design immersive VR simulations for stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Published peer-reviewed research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record advising C-level executives on 5-10 year horizons
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
