- Author thought leadership reports on industry evolution and competitive positioning
- Build and manage an internal futurist network across global innovation hubs
- Advise executive team on strategic pivots based on horizon-scanning research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating tech trends into business value
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leader in tech journals or industry white papers
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
