Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 innovation ecosystem map covering AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for emerging technology validation
- Design and monitor KPIs tracking organizational preparedness for 2026 market shifts
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology trends and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their socio-economic implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futures research or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF, SFI preferred)
