The Role:
Responsibilities
- Define the Horizon 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for long-term technological advancements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Advanced AI.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate abstract future tech concepts into executable engineering strategies and product features.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or executive consulting.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and the potential trajectory of these technologies by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
