Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and product teams to stress-test business models.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging tech ecosystems to mitigate risks and capitalize on innovations.
- Evaluate and integrate AI and automation trends into our operational framework.
- Present complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or futurism within a tech-forward organization.
- Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and next-gen digital transformation trends.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership presence with experience driving consensus in ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in emerging technologies (Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Web3) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
