Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams on long-term goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3).
- Oversee the architectural design of scalable systems capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities to position the company as a market leader by 2026.
- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships and communicate complex technical visions to non-technical executives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, software engineering, or product architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data-driven insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating a clear 5-year vision.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering) preferred.
