Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation and execution of the company's long-term strategic roadmap, focusing on AI integration and future-tech scalability.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of strategists, engineers, and product designers to deliver on ambitious targets.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication of strategic goals and progress.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management and resource distribution to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI on innovation projects.
- Partnerships & Ecosystems: Forge strategic alliances with key industry players, academic institutions, and technology hubs to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years) with measurable business outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT, with the ability to assess their commercial viability.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive culture change within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
