Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing GenAI and advanced automation tools.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in research and development of next-gen software solutions.
- Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and high-level business strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and consumer behavior.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI usage and data security.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their commercial applications.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is highly preferred.
