In this high-impact role, you will shape the core infrastructure that supports our global expansion and cutting-edge AI integration.
You will act as the bridge between our R&D visionaries and our engineering execution teams, ensuring that our roadmap for 2026 is not only ambitious but technically feasible and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation distributed systems and edge computing networks.
- Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to microservices architectures optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI integration and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API standards and system interfaces.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with security and scalability best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, with deep knowledge of cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong background in high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
