Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical innovation with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for digital transformation.
- Establish a framework for measuring the success of future technology initiatives and ROI.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, cloud infrastructure, and data governance.
- Experience planning for and implementing strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
