- Architect and oversee the deployment of high-performance machine learning models and predictive analytics systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on emerging tech trends, including advanced neural networks and quantum computing interfaces.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure robust security and compliance across all future tech initiatives.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders to drive investment and alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from conception to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
