Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and product strategists to deliver next-generation solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to support future scalability.
- Establish and enforce best practices for cybersecurity and data privacy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 3 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and AI implementation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
