Responsibilities

- Define long-term technical roadmaps and mentor engineering teams to execute on them.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all development projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture or systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with future-tech trends such as edge computing or neural interfaces.
