- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to integrate relevant innovations into our core product lines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in strategic planning, product management, or technical architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), AI integration, and big data analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate long-term visions into actionable, executable roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
