Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric technical solutions.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security and performance standards.
- Agile Optimization: Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to continuously iterate on processes and delivery velocity.
Qualifications
- Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2026.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures. Demonstrated mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Tool Mastery: Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
