Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a forward-thinking SEO strategy that aligns with 2026 industry trends, including AI integration and voice search optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Oversee complex site architecture, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Team Management: Mentor a high-performing team of SEO specialists, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to interpret search trends, user intent, and competitive landscapes.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-authority, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) assets that rank.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to integrate SEO best practices into the development lifecycle from day one.
- Performance Optimization: Drive significant increases in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates through rigorous A/B testing and technical auditing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Analytics: Expert level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, and advanced SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content research, keyword clustering, and predictive modeling.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification is a strong plus.
