Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions for Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and code reviews to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the 2026 product team to define tokenomics and governance mechanisms.
- Optimize gas fees and transaction throughput for mass adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Blockchain development with a focus on DeFi protocols.
- Deep expertise in Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Rust.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, zero-knowledge proofs, and consensus mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js) for blockchain UI integration.
