Nexus Digital Ventures is seeking a visionary Senior Web3 & Blockchain Architect to lead the architectural vision for our upcoming 2026 roadmap. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical cryptography and production-grade code, defining the standards for a new era of digital ownership.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed ledger systems for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Smart Contract Engineering: Develop and audit high-security smart contracts in Solidity and Rust, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Web3 integration, advising stakeholders on the best tools and frameworks for scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect assets and user data, conducting regular penetration testing and risk assessments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Blockchain, Web3, or distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, Go, or Vyper, with a strong understanding of the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Security Knowledge: Proven track record of identifying vulnerabilities and implementing secure coding practices.
- Problem Solving: Ability to architect scalable solutions that can handle high transaction volumes and complex consensus mechanisms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
