Responsibilities
- Technical Architecture: Lead the optimization of site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking to maximize crawlability and indexation.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to improve Core Web Vitals, page load speeds, and mobile usability.
- Audit & Analysis: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and security issues that hinder search performance.
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement mitigation strategies to maintain high SERP rankings.
- Tools & Tech: Manage and optimize the usage of advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for complex, high-traffic websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) technologies like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and major SEO auditing tools.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
