Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Project Managers, and Network Specialists.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking, direct outreach) to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and screen candidates effectively.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics (KPIs) and provide weekly reporting on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
- Participate in campus recruiting and industry events to represent the 2026 World Cup brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles labor market and technical communities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
