Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting strategies, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing candidates for Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into compelling job descriptions.
- Partner with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruiting funnels, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality scores.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and emerging technologies to effectively target and engage niche talent markets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within the AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-demand technical roles (Software Engineering, ML, DevOps, Data Engineering).
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and navigate complex hiring landscapes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
