We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the engineering roadmap for our central data platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the 2026 Digital Infrastructure Program, ensuring alignment with FIFA standards and US-hosting requirements.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, DevOps specialists, and data scientists across multiple time zones.
- Define and maintain the technical roadmap, balancing innovation with delivery timelines for critical stadium and fan-zone systems.
- Execute rigorous risk management strategies to mitigate potential bottlenecks in large-scale deployments.
- Facilitate high-level stakeholder communication, providing transparent progress updates to executive leadership and international partners.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous delivery of high-quality software.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization for complex technical projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management, preferably within high-scale technology or large-scale event infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams (50+ engineers) and delivering complex software solutions on time.
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments (e.g., Olympics, World Cup, or major tech product launches).
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
