The Role:
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our flagship product initiatives scheduled for the 2026 release cycle. You will define the 'why' and the 'how' of our technical roadmap, working closely with C-suite executives, engineering leads, and design partners to deliver excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Product Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Data Science) to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities for the 2026 vision.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and agile execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and benefits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is a plus.
