Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Launch ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting millions of concurrent users and complex data processing.
- Lead a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and designers, to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Drive architectural decisions that ensure long-term scalability, security, and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or technical lead role.
- Expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices and distributed system architectures.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Go, Rust, or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and manage complex project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
