Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architectural decisions with business objectives.
- Lead the migration to next-generation cloud architectures, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven tools and predictive analytics into core workflows.
- Mentor and coach senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical due diligence for major acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale system architecture and cloud migration projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of microservices.
