Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product vision, integrating emerging AI and Machine Learning capabilities.
- Design scalable, high-availability microservices architectures that can handle millions of concurrent users.
- Lead architectural reviews and code quality assurance processes to ensure best practices and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept validations for new technologies entering our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of system design.
- Experience with real-time data processing and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
