- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging tech trends (e.g., GenAI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to forecast talent demands for 2026 and beyond.
- Niche Sourcing: Build and execute complex sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in cutting-edge fields that are currently underserved.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop a robust, future-ready talent pipeline to ensure immediate and long-term hiring success.
- Employer Branding: Craft compelling narratives around our 2026 vision to attract top-tier forward-thinking talent.
- Recruiting Operations: Optimize recruitment processes using AI-driven tools and automation to scale our hiring efforts efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product leaders to define technical requirements for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic recruiting capacity.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of future-forward technologies (AI, Blockchain, Robotics) and their impact on the labor market.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast hiring needs and execute against long-term organizational roadmaps.
- Tools: Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
