Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core infrastructure architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead the migration to next-generation cloud environments, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML pipelines into existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time processing.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and code quality across the engineering organization.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and AI model deployment (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
