Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end implementation of the System 2026 microservices architecture.
- Lead architectural reviews and provide high-level technical mentorship to engineering teams.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity across all critical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies, containerization, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Establish best practices for security, observability, and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, and infrastructure design.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to production.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
