Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and architects to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies.
- Assess and integrate disruptive technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) into existing infrastructure.
- Oversee the transition from monolithic architectures to scalable microservices environments.
- Establish a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical transformations and roadmap planning.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines and future-forward engineering practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to forecast industry shifts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
