- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define technical standards and architectural patterns.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Drive innovation labs and proof-of-concept projects for high-impact technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, cybersecurity, and AI integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical strategies into business value.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
