Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the year 2026, aligning infrastructure goals with business objectives.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle the demands of the next generation of data processing and AI integration.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging trends in AI, cloud computing, and quantum readiness to implement early in the development cycle.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices for architecture governance, ensuring high standards of code quality and system reliability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and lead strategic initiatives several years into the future.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI & Machine Learning Knowledge: Strong grasp of how AI models are deployed and integrated into enterprise systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
