Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to integrate into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven systems capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept testing for next-generation technologies to ensure Nexus Horizon remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable architectural strategies.
- Optimize Performance: Drive initiatives to enhance system efficiency, reduce latency, and improve the overall user experience through advanced algorithmic engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design and strategic planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot technical strategies to align with long-term business goals.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in mentoring senior engineering teams and leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
