What You'll Do
As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between architectural vision and production-ready code. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the v2026 core service layers.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to the new v2026 microservices architecture.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for future v2026 iterations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or lead role.
- Deep expertise in at least two of the following: Go, Python, or Java.
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
