Responsibilities
- Core Architecture: Design and implement scalable microservices for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize database queries to handle massive concurrent loads.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, UX designers, security experts) to drive product innovation.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Infrastructure: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues in distributed environments and propose resilient engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure with experience in serverless architectures.
- Database: Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- DevOps: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
