Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Architect scalable microservices to support growing product demands.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices in software development.
- Optimize application performance and database queries for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and DevOps) to define technical requirements.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure data compliance.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java and modern frameworks (Django, Spring Boot, or Node.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
