Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and implement best practices for cloud deployment.
- Research emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Drive technical decision-making in Agile sprints and sprint planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
