Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture planning, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster their professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the application runs efficiently under heavy load.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure all code adheres to industry standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Sass).
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.
