Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and audit high-security smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Optimize gas usage and ensure high transaction throughput for dApps.
- Implement robust testing frameworks and conduct rigorous security audits to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product managers to integrate Web3 wallets and user interfaces.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for the smart contract team.
- Contribute to the design of novel consensus mechanisms or tokenomics models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and EVM compatibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years specializing in Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Solidity and Rust.
- Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), smart contract lifecycle, and decentralized protocols (DeFi).
- Security: Proven experience with security best practices, formal verification tools, and common exploit mitigations.
- Tools: Familiarity with development tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
