Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit complex smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.
- Implement and optimize gas-efficient transaction logic for high-volume DeFi protocols.
- Lead security reviews and collaborate with external security auditors.
- Architect scalable backend infrastructure supporting on-chain and off-chain data.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to open-source initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade smart contracts with zero critical vulnerabilities.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
