As a pioneer in our field, you will bridge the gap between traditional SEO and the rapid evolution of Generative AI, Voice Search, and Semantic Web technologies. You will lead a high-performing team to ensure our digital footprint is not only dominant but future-proof, driving organic growth through innovation and deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 SEO Roadmaps: Develop comprehensive, long-term strategies that anticipate algorithmic shifts and leverage emerging technologies like LLMs and AI agents.
- Integrate AI into Workflow: Spearhead the implementation of AI-driven content optimization and automated auditing tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Master Voice & Semantic Search: Optimize content and site structures specifically for voice queries and natural language processing (NLP) to capture the growing zero-click search market.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct deep-dive audits focusing on Core Web Vitals 2.0, structured data, and server-side rendering to ensure unparalleled site speed and crawlability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize Python and BigQuery to analyze vast datasets, identifying trends and opportunities that human analysis might miss.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in the DNA of our product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Python or R for data analysis, alongside advanced knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery.
- AI & Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience integrating or leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) into marketing workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond standard keywords and understand user intent in the context of the evolving search ecosystem.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
