Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Develop and manage organic search strategies aligned with business KPIs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, content creators, product managers) to optimize site architecture and user experience.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements to adapt strategies proactively.
- Implement and maintain schema markup and structured data for rich snippets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO and Organic Search.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Essentials and recent algorithm updates (Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JSON (for structured data implementation).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable technical insights.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and technical reporting.
