Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities.
- Perform extensive keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Optimize website architecture, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures for maximum SEO impact.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce data-driven, SEO-optimized copy and multimedia assets.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies to maintain compliance and rankings.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to assist with front-end optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
