Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, specifically focusing on future-proofing our content for evolving search trends in 2026.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits to ensure site architecture, crawlability, and indexability meet the highest standards of modern search engines.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to create high-authority, user-centric content that targets high-value keywords and drives organic traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
- Link Building & Authority: Spearhead a white-hat link-building campaign to enhance domain authority and domain rating (DR).
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Mobile & User Experience (UX) SEO: Optimize for mobile-first indexing and ensure seamless user journeys across all devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to translate technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO algorithm updates and emerging technologies (AI, Voice Search).
