Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic traffic growth.
- Technical Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize existing pages and develop new content strategies that target high-intent keywords.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on performance and ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with web developers and designers to ensure technical implementation of SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving significant traffic and revenue growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR) concepts.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders and non-technical team members.
