Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance and search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute data-driven link-building strategies to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content structure, to align with latest search engine algorithms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to measure success and inform strategy.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, keyword-rich material that resonates with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the competition.
- Manage and optimize our internal SEO tools and dashboards for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in technical SEO concepts, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Google Analytics and/or HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.
