Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software release process for critical weekend deployments and updates.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Perform rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance checks to ensure deployment stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops) to troubleshoot and resolve production issues during off-hours.
- Document deployment procedures, system architecture, and runbooks for weekend operations.
- Optimize build times and infrastructure costs while maintaining high availability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or Software Development.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
