Your Mission:
As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for architecting complex UI components, optimizing application performance, and mentoring junior developers to maintain our high standards of code quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reusable, and high-performance React components using modern best practices (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following our internal coding standards and architectural patterns.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical planning to drive engineering excellence.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced agile environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with its type system.
- Deep knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
