Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures tailored for commercial applications and AI integration.
- System Optimization: Lead the optimization of quantum algorithms and hardware-software interfaces to maximize processing efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the C-suite to define technical roadmaps aligned with our vision for the year 2026.
- R&D Integration: Stay abreast of global advancements in quantum physics and integrate cutting-edge research into our production systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cybersecurity experts to develop post-quantum cryptography standards.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: A deep interest in futuristic technologies and a track record of driving innovation.
